We customize our prescription eyewear programs so we can best serve you and your employee’s needs. If you currently do not have a program, we will be more than happy to review benefits that are common in your area and/or industry. Armada specializes in safety prescription eyewear and can assist you in establishing a program to meet your OSHA personal protective equipment (PPE) needs. It is our desire to establish these services for you so they do not become a burden for you or your staff. Upon reviewing your guidelines, we will coordinate a benefit that provides your employees with one of the safest and most economical benefits in your area.
As the area’s largest safety prescription provider, Armada prides itself in providing your employees with quality and economical safety prescription eyewear. Armada is up to date with the newest technology including “high impact” polycarbonate and Trivex lenses. In addition, we have the most current frames available including plastic, rimless, stainless steel and lightweight titanium.

In Office Dispensing
Armada Optical is open to the public with all wholesale pricing. Customers can bring their current, non-expired prescription to our convenient office location at 701 N. Weinbach Ave, Suite 410, Evansville, IN 47711. Our friendly and knowledgeable staff will assist you with selecting and fitting your safety frame. Over 70 frames are on display with hundreds available by order.
On-Site Dispensing
Employees can enjoy the convenience of acquiring their safety eyewear at your facility. Our on-site service provides for selection, fitting and dispensing at the workplace, minimizing inconvenience to your employees. Our trained dispensers visit your facility to take orders, do repairs and adjustments, and deliver finished eyewear. This can be scheduled regularly or on an as needed basis.
Provider Network For Local Fittings
Armada works with optometrists throughout the United States to provide services and eyewear in your locale. Employees visit a listed provider for eye exam or with a current prescription. They choose from a pre-determined selection of sample safety frames. Finished eyewear is returned to the doctors office for dispensing to employee.
